We confirm your construction site, your contractor's agreed milestones and the visit frequency you need — in writing, before anything is scheduled.

A field agent visits the site on the agreed schedule and follows a structured observation checklist.

Timestamped photographs and video capture visible progress, workmanship and site conditions.

Each visit's findings are compared against the previous visit, so progress — or a lack of it — is easy to see.

You receive a report summarising what was observed, any issues that need your attention, and how the work compares with your contractor's stated milestones.

Where something looks incomplete, inconsistent with the agreed plan, or otherwise worth flagging, it's called out clearly in your report — not buried in a generic status update.

You keep your own contractor or builder — we simply give you an independent, documented view of what's happening on site, without taking over the contractor relationship.
Milestone documentation
Foundation, structure, walls, roofing and finishing stages can each be documented as they're reached, giving you a clear visual record of how the build progressed.
