Trust & Evidence
Property Verification Backed by Evidence
Every NRI Land Check report is built the same way — a physical visit, recorded location, on-site photo and video documentation, and a human review before it reaches you. Here's exactly how it works, and what we do and don't claim.
Our process
How a Land Check Works
Every visit follows the same structured evidence process, from your first request to a delivered report.
- 1
Property Confirmed
Your property details and the scope of the visit are confirmed with you in writing before any visit is scheduled.
- 2
Agent Assigned
A field agent is assigned based on your property's state and district.
- 3
GPS Check-In
The agent's location is confirmed against your property's coordinates at the start of the visit.
- 4
Structured Inspection
The agent follows a fixed checklist — boundaries, access, occupation and site condition — rather than an open-ended walk-around.
- 5
Timestamped Evidence
Date- and time-stamped photographs are captured, with video included on Package 3 & 4 monitoring visits.
- 6
Findings Recorded
Observations are logged against the checklist and summarised as a Green, Amber or Red status.
- 7
Human Review
Our team reviews the agent's findings before your report is finalised.
- 8
Report Delivered
Your report is delivered to your secure customer portal — downloadable and ready to share with authorized recipients.
Report contents
What Your Report Can Include
Exact contents depend on the service or package — here's the full range of what a report can cover.
In plain terms
How We Verify the Visit
No cryptographic proof, no blockchain claims — just a straightforward, honest evidence trail.
Our field team travels to the property
A field agent is assigned and physically travels to your property's location on the scheduled date.
Location / GPS evidence is recorded
The agent's location is recorded at the property during the visit — this is straightforward location logging, not a cryptographic or blockchain-style proof.
Photos and video are captured on-site
Date- and time-stamped photographs — and video, on monitoring visits — are captured at the property itself.
Findings are reviewed internally
Our team reviews the agent's findings for completeness and consistency before your report is finalised.
Your report is issued
The reviewed report, with its evidence, is delivered to your secure customer portal.
Land Records
Record Verification
An EC is an important component of property-record verification — one piece of evidence among several, not a single certificate treated as final proof.
Independent verification
Independent Verification — No Brokerage
NRI Land Check is an independent verification, monitoring and land-development service provider. This independence is what makes our findings trustworthy.
