Baseline & property history

Every visit builds on the last one

Property Watch isn't a series of one-off snapshots — each scheduled visit adds to a running history for your property.

Your first visit sets the baseline

Your first monitoring visit becomes the reference point for every visit that follows — the boundary, access, vegetation and site condition observed on day one is what later visits are compared against.

Previous vs current comparison

Every scheduled visit after your baseline is compared against the last one, so a future comparison report shows what's changed since the property was last checked — not just a fresh, disconnected snapshot.

Changes between visits are flagged

Where something differs from the previous visit — a boundary marker, an access road, visible occupation or vegetation — it's called out explicitly as a change, not buried in a generic description.

Full visit history in your portal

Every report, photo set and video from every scheduled visit stays available in your secure Customer Portal, so you can look back over your property's history at any time.

Property Health Score

A simple 0–100 inspection indicator — not a legal or title score

Monitoring reports summarise what our field team observed during a visit — boundary condition, access, vegetation and visible occupation — into a single 0–100 Property Health Score, so you can track your property's physical condition over time alongside its Green / Amber / Red status.

The Property Health Score reflects physical, visible condition only, as observed during a scheduled inspection. It is not a legal opinion, a title score, a valuation, or a guarantee of ownership, encumbrance-free status or investment value.

Live camera capability

How camera setup works

Camera equipment and installation are quoted separately from the subscription — every property is different, so we assess your site before pricing it.

Optional Live Camera Monitoring

For customers requiring additional visibility, NRI Land Check can coordinate live camera monitoring for eligible properties. Availability, installation requirements and pricing depend on property location and infrastructure.

Discuss Live Camera Monitoring →

Once you subscribe, we assess your property and recommend camera positions and coverage. Installation is scheduled, and live access becomes available through your secure customer portal once the system is installed, powered and connected.

Live access depends on the installed camera system, power supply and network/data connectivity being operational. We don't claim guaranteed, uninterrupted 24/7 availability.

Camera pricing depends on:

Number of cameras
Property area
Power availability
Solar requirements
SIM / 4G / 5G / internet connectivity
Mounting / poles
Storage requirements
Site conditions

Optional drone inspection

Optional Drone Inspection

For large parcels, agricultural land and hard-to-view areas, an optional drone inspection can add aerial context alongside our standard ground-level evidence.

Ask About Drone Inspection
  • Large parcels and agricultural land
  • Hard-to-view or inaccessible areas
  • Construction-progress overviews
  • Boundary and surrounding-environment context
Drone inspection is not always available. It depends on location, weather, local restrictions and flight permissions, property conditions and overall operational feasibility.

Property maintenance

Property Repairs & Maintenance Coordination

For eligible properties, we can coordinate third-party assistance with the routine upkeep and repair work identified during a monitoring visit.

Discuss Maintenance & Repairs
  • Cleaning
  • Vegetation clearing
  • Minor upkeep
  • Boundary / fence repairs
  • Painting
  • Basic maintenance
  • Repair coordination
  • Property-condition restoration
  • Vendor / work-progress documentation
This is coordination and assistance with third-party vendors and contractors for eligible properties — not a guarantee that NRI Land Check personally performs every repair type. Scope and pricing depend on your requirements and are confirmed with you before any work begins.

Camera equipment and installation (hardware, poles, solar/battery systems, SIM/data service, internet connectivity, NVR/storage equipment, installation, and civil/electrical work) are quoted separately based on property size, required coverage, power availability, connectivity and site conditions -- they are not automatically included in the subscription price.
Property Watch does not include Encumbrance Certificate verification or government land-record monitoring -- see Property Protect 360.
